O Setor de Fiscalização de Posturas da Prefeitura de Sorocaba, com o apoio da Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), atendeu, na noite desta sexta-feira (16), a 11 denúncias de munícipes relativas à perturbação do sossego e outros tipos de possíveis irregularidades na cidade. A operação de averiguação se estendeu até as primeiras horas deste sábado (17).
A ação fiscalizatória ocorreu em diferentes pontos da cidade, nos seguintes bairros: Brigadeiro Tobias, Centro, Parque Manchester, Lopes de Oliveira, Vila Barão, Parque São Bento, Jardim São Guilherme, Parque Laranjeiras e Jardim Maria Antônia Prado.
Um dos estabelecimentos foi notificado pela falta de alvará e por poluição sonora; outros dois foram notificados pela falta de alvará; um foi notificado pela falta de alvará, por poluição sonora, por obstrução de calçada e pela falta de alvará especial de funcionamento; ainda, um estabelecimento foi multado pela falta de alvará, por reincidência de poluição sonora e interditado pela falta de alvará especial; mais um estabelecimento recebeu multa por obstrução de calçada e pela falta de alvará especial de funcionamento; enquanto dois estabelecimentos encontravam-se fechados no momento da fiscalização.
A Secretaria de Segurança Urbana (Sesu) e as autoridades policiais contam, sempre, com o apoio da população, para que as acione e envie informações, em caso de constatação de perturbação do sossego, eventos clandestinos ou outras irregularidades. O contato pode ser feito pelos telefones: 153 (GCM) e 190 (Polícia Militar).
