Os moradores de Nova Iguaçu que tiveram suas residências alagadas pelas intensas chuvas que atingiram a cidade em 13 de janeiro deste ano e que possuem conta no Fundo de Garantia por Tempo de Serviço (FGTS), podem solicitar o saque a partir desta terça-feira (20). O pedido deve ser feito pelo aplicativo na seção “saque do FGTS por situação de emergência”. Mas a retirada só vai ser possível se houver saldo positivo na conta e não tenha tido outro saque pelo mesmo motivo em período inferior a 12 meses. O valor máximo para retirada é de R$ 6.220 por conta vinculada.
A liberação pode ser feita pelo aplicativo FGTS até o dia 14 de abril deste ano. Quem tiver dificuldades com a ferramenta pode procurar uma agência da Caixa. Para realizar o saque 100% digital, basta baixar o App FGTS. O aplicativo está disponível para download gratuito nas plataformas digitais para os sistemas operacionais Android e IOS.
Tem direito ao saque o trabalhador titular de conta vinculada ao FGTS que resida no município que esteja em “Situação de Emergência”, conforme relatório da Secretaria Municipal de Defesa Civil encaminhado à Caixa.
Quem precisar ir em uma agência da Caixa deverá apresentar comprovante de residência em nome do trabalhador, emitido 20 dias anteriores à decretação de situação de emergência, no caso, entre 16 de setembro de 2023 e 13 de janeiro de 2024; documento de identificação do trabalhador; CPF; e carteira de trabalho (física ou digital) ou qualquer outro documento que comprove o vínculo empregatício. Caso o comprovante de residência esteja em nome de cônjuge ou companheiro, é necessário apresentar certidão de casamento ou escritura pública de união estável.
O trabalhador que não tiver seu endereço cadastrado junto à Caixa ou não possuir comprovante de residência e que teve o interior da sua residência afetado por alagamento poderá procurar um dos postos oferecidos pela Prefeitura para Atendimento ao Cidadão a partir desta terça-feira (20). Nas sedes das secretarias municipais de Defesa Civil (SMDC) e de Assistência Social (SEMAS), além dos Centros de Referência de Assistência Social (CRAS) e dos Centros de Referência Especializados de Assistência Social (CREAS), equipes especializadas receberão as solicitações, cadastrando novos endereços e emitindo, após análise, uma declaração de residência exclusiva para o saque (relação dos locais com os respectivos endereços estão no final desta página).
Como solicitar o saque FGTS
– Fazer o download do app FGTS e inserir as informações de cadastro;
– Ir na opção “Meus saques” e selecionar “Outras situações de saque” e acessar a cidade;
– Encaminhar foto de documento de identidade; comprovante de residência em nome do trabalhador, emitido até 120 dias antes da decretação da Situação Emergencial;
– Selecionar a opção para creditar o valor em conta Caixa, inclusive a Poupança Digital Caixa Tem, ou outro banco e enviar a solicitação;
– O prazo para retorno da análise e crédito em conta, caso aprovado o saque, é de cinco dias úteis.
