CPTM: ​estações da Luz e Brás recebem ações do Dia Mundial do Consumidor

Entre 9h e 16h, o Núcleo Especializado de Defesa do Consumidor dará orientação jurídica sobre direitos dos consumidores



Os passageiros poderão tirar duvidas sobre direitos dos consumidores nas relações com os bancos e nas compras online

Os passageiros que estiverem nas estações da Luz e Brás da CPTM nesta sexta-feira (15), quando é comemorado o Dia Mundial do Consumidor, poderão tirar dúvidas com uma equipe da Defensoria Pública do Estado de São Paulo sobre direitos dos consumidores nas relações com os bancos e compras online. O atendimento ocorrerá das 9h às 16h.

O Núcleo Especializado de Defesa do Consumidor (Nudecon) prestará orientação jurídica sobre revisão de contratos bancários, taxa de juros, financiamento, superendividamento, além de direitos e cuidados com as compras feitas pela internet.

Os casos de pessoas que necessitem e estejam dentro do perfil de renda atendido pela Defensoria Pública serão encaminhados para atendimento em continuidade e solução judicial ou extrajudicial.

Ações de Cidadania

Todas as iniciativas são realizadas com o apoio da CPTM, que abre espaços em suas estações para a realização de atividades ligadas à promoção do bem-estar de seus passageiros.

Sobre a CPTM

A Companhia Paulista de Trens Metropolitanos é uma operadora de transporte ferroviário de passageiros, com 1,6 milhão de passageiros transportados por dia útil. Diariamente, os trens percorrem cerca de 65 mil km, ou uma volta e meia em torno da Terra, em quase 1.700 viagens programadas. Juntas, as cinco linhas da CPTM somam 196 km de extensão, dos quais 95 km estão na capital paulista, que também conta com 26 estações do total de 57. A CPTM atende os moradores de 18 municípios, incluindo a capital.
