A Prefeitura de Sorocaba, por meio do Espaço Empreendedor em parceria com o Banco do Povo, ligados à Secretaria de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Turismo (Sedetur), e o Serviço Brasileiro de Apoio às Micro e Pequenas Empresas (Sebrae), promoveram, entre 25 e 27 de março, a primeira edição do evento “Desbravando o Empreendedorismo Feminino”, na sede da pasta municipal.
O evento teve como objetivo capacitar e empoderar mulheres empreendedoras, oferecendo uma variedade de workshops e palestras focados em temas essenciais para o sucesso nos negócios. Durante o evento, as participantes puderam se aprofundar, ainda mais, nos estudos sobre empreendedorismo e, com isso, conquistar seu espaço no mercado de trabalho.
No primeiro dia, as participantes discutiram sobre o tema “Inteligência Emocional”, aprendendo como desenvolver habilidades emocionais que são fundamentais para liderança e tomada de decisões assertivas. Já no segundo dia, o foco foi em estratégias de divulgação e atração de clientes, explorando ferramentas e técnicas eficazes para promover os negócios de forma eficiente e impactante. Por fim, no terceiro dia, as participantes foram incentivadas a superar o medo de empreender no mundo digital, aprendendo como se tornar influenciadoras digitais e alavancar suas marcas online.
Ainda, o evento contou com a presença da instrutora e representante do Sebrae Sorocaba Celina Campos, que compartilhou sua expertise e experiência com as participantes, fornecendo insights e orientações práticas para o crescimento dos seus negócios.
Assim como a Sedetur, o Espaço Empreendedor e o Banco do Povo estão sempre de portas abertas para atender a população que deseja se ingressar no mundo do empreendedorismo. Os interessados podem comparecer na sede da pasta municipal, das 8h às 16h, localizada na Avenida Gen. Osório, 1.840, na Vila Barão ou pelo telefone (15) 3229-2370.
