A Secretaria de Estado de Educação de Minas Gerais (SEE/MG) iniciou, nesta quinta-feira (8/2), uma pesquisa de avaliação do clima escolar da rede estadual de ensino, para ouvir estudantes, professores e gestores. A pesquisa faz parte do Projeto Socioemocional, iniciativa inédita do Governo de Minas para captar as percepções e opiniões da comunidade escolar sobre a convivência, as relações interpessoais, as condições de aprendizagem e sobre o ambiente geral da escola.
Este questionário de escuta do clima escolar é a primeira ação do projeto e vai permitir que a SEE/MG colete evidências e realize estudos, que futuramente possibilitem a construção de novos indicadores para a rede.
A subsecretária de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica, Kellen Senra, pontua que a pesquisa conta com a colaboração de diversas instituições que estudam a temática da educação e os mecanismos essenciais para a melhoria do ambiente escolar.
“Pensamos em algo que pudesse escutar nossos profissionais e estudantes, avaliar o ambiente e direcionar ações para fortalecer a gestão pedagógica entre os aspectos cognitivos e socioemocionais. O questionário é um instrumento elaborado e validado pela equipe de pesquisadores de diversas universidades e do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Educação Moral (Gepem) com apoio da Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado de São Paulo (Fapesp) e da Fundação Lemann”, explica.
Aplicação da pesquisa
Nesta fase inicial do projeto, a pesquisa será aplicada até o dia 29 de fevereiro nas escolas da rede estadual. A meta da SEE/MG é ouvir cerca de 400 mil estudantes e aproximadamente 20 mil servidores, quantitativo que representa 80% do recorte da pesquisa, tanto de professores quanto de estudantes.
Neste primeiro momento, o questionário de escuta sobre clima escolar será aplicado de forma amostral para estudantes do 7º ano do ensino fundamental, 2º e 3º anos do ensino médio, gestores e professores dos componentes de Educação Física, História, Ciências ou Biologia, Matemática ou Língua Portuguesa.
Piloto da pesquisa
Os primeiros questionários foram aplicados para gestores, professores e estudantes da Escola Estadual Getúlio Vargas, em Belo Horizonte. Em formato online, ele é composto de cerca de 120 questões que abordam temas diversos como as relações com ensino e aprendizagem, relações sociais e conflitos na escola, regras, sanções e segurança na escola, família, escola e comunidade, relações com o trabalho e as situações de intimidação entre alunos, dentre outros assuntos pertinentes ao contexto do cotidiano escolar.
Para conduzir e orientar a equipe da escola nessa primeira experiência, técnicos da SEE/MG estiveram na unidade de ensino, onde foi realizado um teste amostral. “Estamos realizando a escuta amostral de profissionais e estudantes, e neste momento, é muito importante o engajamento de todos que são o público-alvo desta pesquisa. Iremos pensar ações que sejam aderentes à nossa rede, indo de encontro aos objetivos do Projeto Socioemocional e aos nossos interesses de continuar assegurando o ensino de qualidade e defender os direitos de aprendizagem dos nossos estudantes”, detalha a superintendente de Políticas Pedagógicas da SEE/MG, Graziela Trindade, que esteve na unidade de ensino na ocasião.
O estudante Renan Martins Olavo de Souza, do 3º ano do ensino médio da E.E. Getúlio Vargas, avaliou como positiva a experiência de participar da pesquisa. “Achei a pesquisa muito importante porque estamos compartilhando nossas sensações e vamos contribuir para as próximas gerações que irão estudar nas escolas estaduais. As perguntas são bem pertinentes ao contexto escolar”, comentou.
Um segundo momento de escuta está previsto para acontecer em março, com a aplicação de questionários sobre as condições sócio-emocionais de estudantes e profissionais da rede.
Após a aplicação do questionário Socioemocinal, a SEE/MG terá um mapeamento e dados que direcionem as ações para o Projeto Socioemocional com proposta de formação e ações pedagógicas para o desenvolvimento de competências, priorizando autogestão, autocuidado, autoconhecimento, empatia, cooperação e autonomia.
Sobre os questionários
O questionário tem por objetivo levantar dados e evidências sobre o clima escolar, possibilitando identificar a realidade com maior vulnerabilidade. As respostas dos questionários são individuais e anônimas. Todas as informações coletadas serão tratadas de forma confidencial.
São três modelos de questionário de clima escolar. No primeiro, direcionado aos gestores escolares, a participação é obrigatória. Este questionário contém tópicos específicos, construído junto com a Polícia Militar de Minas Gerais (PMMG), parceira da SEE/MG, considerando aspectos relacionados à segurança e à prevenção de crimes. São perguntas como:”Na escola existe algum projeto de ação educativa realizado pela Polícia Militar que implica visitas à unidade escolar?”.
As respostas irão subsidiar a SEE/MG e a PMMG na elaboração ações que já são desenvolvidas em projetos educacionais e no apoio à segurança da comunidade escolar.
Os demais modelos são facultativos, tanto para professores quanto para alunos. Apesar de opcional, essa participação é fundamental para o conhecimento da realidade e consequentemente com melhoria das condições de trabalho e de aprendizagem nas escolas da rede.
“Vamos conseguir mensurar a percepção que os atores escolares têm em relação a vários aspectos que envolvem o clima escolar. A partir deste questionário, iremos entender como que eles percebem as escolas e seu ambiente, tanto da parte da convivência entre alunos, e alunos e professores, a visão da gestão, algo primordial e que irá subsidiar as ações internas das áreas técnicas que estão envolvidas neste projeto”, destacou o superintentendente de Avaliação Educacional da SEE/MG, Wagner Costa.
No segundo momento do projeto, será realizada uma formação com a equipe pedagógica. A partir desta formação, será realizado o acompanhamento de ações para a melhoria do clima escolar e do convívio entre estudantes.
Projeto Socioemocional
O Projeto Socioemocional foi lançado neste ano para fortalecer a gestão pedagógica na articulação entre os aspectos cognitivos e socioemocionais para orientar o trabalho docente em relação às práticas e atitudes que desenvolvam e consolidem as competências e habilidades socioemocionais nos estudantes.
A Subsecretaria de Desenvolvimento da Educação Básica da SEE/MG criou o projeto para o acompanhar ações de ensino-aprendizagem, voltadas para a melhoria do convívio entre estudantes, reduzindo situações como o bullying e a violência dentro da escola. A iniciativa traz a perspectiva do diálogo, do respeito, da empatia, da inclusão e da amizade, voltadas para a melhoria do clima escolar.
